The GL-350 Drywall Replacement System offers a great deal of flexibility. Because sound control and interoffice privacy are major considerations in the selection of a wall system, GL-350 has been designed to satisfy a variety of sound control needs. Since the system accommodates 1/2" and 5/8" gypsum panels, the designer can specify the system to best suit individual project requirements.

STC ranges from 35 to 49 can be achieved by varying board thickness and installing sound insulation in the cavity. Unlike other movable systems, GL-350 is available with a One-Hour Fire Rating for those areas that require fire isolation. One of the most unique features of GL-350 is the design options that are available to the architect and design team.  Using the same basic metal framework, the system can satisfy many design requirements: standard vinyl clad panels for general office areas, premium fabric covered panels for executive offices and administrative areas, and a sound control panel that provides a quiet, pleasing environment by absorbing 90% of the sound in the area. GL-350 offers two solutions for those high-abuse areas that constantly require expensive maintenance and upkeep: a heavy duty, vinyl clad gypsum panel that offers a cost effective abuse resistant surface, and a steel clad gypsum panel for the ultimate in abuse protection.
